Our team successfully executed the installation and commissioning of a 600 TR Central Chilled Water System, comprising high-efficiency water-cooled screw chillers, advanced cooling towers, primary–secondary pumping systems, and an intelligent automation setup for complete building climate management.
Scope of Work
- Design, supply, and installation of two × 300 TR water-cooled screw chillers
- Erection of cooling towers, pumps, and condenser water piping network
- Deployment of air handling units (AHUs) and FCUs across multiple hospital blocks
- Integration with Building Management System (BMS) for real-time monitoring
- Acoustic treatment and vibration isolation for all mechanical equipment
- Testing, commissioning, and balancing of the entire chilled-water system
